We (Webuters, owns and operates HireME) are concerned about the satisfaction of our customers (you, user). We offer a trial period in which you can check the software and its features before making a purchase. If prior purchase you're dissatisfied with HireME, website www.hireme.cloud, you may contact our support for help to understand more about it. If you have made a purchase after exhausting the trail period, you are not eligible for refund. We cannot issue a refund on your purchase of a plan with HireME, unless it was a fraudulent transaction.
You are eligible to cancel your plan after trial. We do not charge your attached payment method till the time you are on a trial period. After you complete the trial period, you upgrade the plan and make a payment to us. For every transaction, you need to authorize the payment, as per the RBI guidelines. On your purchase a GST will applied as defined by RBI. We in no case can charge you without your approval for the payment.
By using the HireME platform/software you agree and abide that you are not eligible for a refund or cancellation after purchase. However, you can cancel the plan anytime during trial period.
